Which cell chemistries are available for small series?

LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) for high cycle life, thermal safety and longevity in continuous duty, and Li-NMC for maximum energy density where weight is critical. The choice is made during the joint requirements analysis.

What happens if my demand grows beyond the small series?

The proven design and manufacturing documentation are retained. With the same contact at Hellpower, production is scaled to 500+ units — no re-qualification, no design change.

Are matched chargers available?

On request, yes — Hellpower supplies a charger matched to the battery pack as a complete system. Charging parameters, interfaces and connectors are specified together with the battery pack.
