What customers ask us before the first conversation
- From what quantity is a custom battery worthwhile?
- We manufacture from a quantity of 1 – for prototypes, small series and series production. The development effort pays off particularly from 5–10 units, but it can also make sense for one-off units when standard solutions do not fit technically.
- How long does it take to develop a prototype?
- Typically 4–8 weeks from the first concept meeting to the fully tested prototype. For complex requirements it may take somewhat longer. Series production starts after your approval of the prototype.
- Which cell chemistries do you use?
- We work with LiFePO4, Li-ion NMC and LTO – depending on the requirements for energy density, service life and safety. We determine together in the initial consultation which chemistry fits best.
- Do you support certification?
- Yes. We accompany the entire certification process – from UN 38.3 (transport safety) through IEC 62619 to CE marking. Certification is part of our development process, not an afterthought.
- Do you also ship abroad?
- Yes. We supply customers throughout Europe – including Germany, Switzerland and other EU countries. Export to non-EU countries is also possible.
